The service

el momento stores the photos you upload, generates web renditions, offers AI-assisted grading on eligible plans, and hosts client selection galleries. It is an early-stage service and may change as it develops.

Your account

• Provide accurate name, email, and phone number; we verify email and phone with one-time codes.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your photos

• You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and display them back to you and to the clients you share them with.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content.
• Wedding and event photos show identifiable people — you are responsible for having your clients' consent to process them here.

Client galleries

Anyone with a share link can view that gallery. You choose what goes into a link and can delete it at any time.

Plans and quotas

Each plan has photo and project quotas. If you move to a smaller plan, photos beyond the new quota are hidden, not deleted. Paid plans are currently billed manually; we will notify you before any charge.

AI grading

AI grades and suggestions are advisory. The final judgment about any photo is yours.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but offer no uptime guarantee. Keep your own master copies of important photos — el momento is a working tool, not your only archive.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost shoots) arising from use of the service.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Contact: support@elmomento.app.
